Miley Cyrus is known for doing outrageous things. Whether it’s twerking on award show stages or urinating in public, the 28-year old singer always finds herself wrapped up in controversy. Is there anything out there that could shock someone who’s known for shocking the world?
It turns out, there is: aliens.
Cyrus Says She Was Chased By A UFO While High
In October, Interview Magazine published a Q&A article featuring Cyrus and fashion designer Rick Owens. The two stars essentially interviewed each other, and no topic was off-limits: music, travelling, and reckless habits were discussed.
The conversation then turned to aliens. Cyrus asked Owens if he believed in extra-terrestrial beings, and the two stars agreed that, as Owens put it, “it seems a little arrogant to assume there’s nobody else but us.”
Cyrus then told a story about a road-trip that turned into a strange encounter. The “Party in the U.S.A.” singer said she was driving through San Bernardino, California, with a friend, when a UFO chased her down.
“I’m pretty sure about what I saw, but I’d also bought weed wax from a guy in a van in front of a taco shop, so it could have been the weed wax,” she added.

If you believe Cyrus, you might be wondering what the UFO looked like. The singer described what she saw as a “flying snowplow,” adding:
“It had this big plow in the front of it and was glowing yellow. I did see it flying, and my friend saw it, too. There were a couple of other cars on the road and they also stopped to look, so I think what I saw was real.”
Cyrus also said that she made eye contact with an alien. The experience left her shaken for five days.
“I couldn’t really look at the sky the same. I thought they might come back.”
Miley’s Not The First Celebrity To Have An Alien Encounter
Basketball superstar Baron Davis described what he believed to be an alien abduction on an episode of sports-comedy podcast The Champs. Davis, who’s a two-time All-Star in the NBA, says he saw an alien on a drive from Las Vegas to L.A.
“I see this light,” he said. “Next thing you know, I was in this steel thing with crazy looking people – half-human. They were poking me on my nose.”
David woke up in his car at 4 a.m. and grabbed two burgers and a shake from In-N-Out to collect himself. Isn’t that what you would do after meeting an alien?
We’re not sure if Davis met the same species that Cyrus says she did – or if he also bought weed wax from a van in front of a taco shop.
